SMART goals are defined for each and employee in the organization, which reviewed periodically by their team leads. This ensures focus and the short term and long term objectives of both the employee and the organization is achieved.
New joiners, after their induction program, are assigned to senior colleagues (mentors), who guide them and ensure that deliverables take place on time every time. Adequate training programs are held periodically to ensure that the right skill sets are available with the team members.
Also, flexi hour working helps people to strike the right balance between personal and professional life.
Apart from the regular work, team Elcom also engage themselves in a lot of fun filled activities, which not only breaks the monotony, but also contributes to learning and fun. Whether it is a new project that is to be introduced, or introduction of new concepts, the importance of the same is conveyed through sustained campaign which is conducted by a team of select members called Endorphins. This could be in form of competitions amongst its employees or an audio visual campaign that could run for several weeks till the objective is achieved.
The team also indulges itself in various outdoor games like football, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, cricket etc. These foster team spirit amongst the employees. Important occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, achievements, both personal and professional are celebrated. We work like one family and take great pride in what we done.
